You’ve come to the right place for healing.
Why You Need Precision Massage
Conventional wisdom says stretching and working out can overcome your injuries, inflammation and pain. The truth is damaged soft tissue becomes weaker, more painful, starved for nutrients as scar tissue cuts off blood flow, nerves become compressed, and muscles shorten. Stretching and exercises can often make your damaged areas worse, not better!
Right now we are living through a golden age of discovery in soft tissue science. In the last two decades more studies have been conducted on the power of cellular rejuvenation through harnessing the body’s own natural healing systems, than in the past two hundred years combined.
Immunotherapies now powerfully equip your body’s own rejuvenation pathways to fight cancer. Stem cells are generating the renewal of organs. Degenerative changes to soft tissues are being targeted through natural repair pathways that science is beginning to understand.
Based on some of these new scientific soft tissue discoveries, comes Precision Massage. A new therapeutic soft tissue treatment unlike anything else available.
Precision Massage is a focused, outcome driven instrument-assisted massage modality backed by emerging tissue regeneration science. 100% of my clients have never had a treatment like Precision Massage before.
Discover today the new wellness secret that’s helping people overcome their pain, remove their limitations and rediscover their best lives again even after other soft tissue modalities have failed. After just one treatment, you’ll be a Precision Massage client for life.

Take control of your health and enjoy the sunset over the Pacific.

Precision Massage Works Differently
Most massage therapists offer only very superficial spa-style oil petting, neither designed nor intended to help you overcome your longstanding issues. At Precision Massage, I take the time to listen to your unique problems, and work to target only your most problematic damaged soft tissues. Precision Massage treatments holistically stimulate your body’s detoxification pathways, activating a regenerative cycle of renewal and deep healing.

About Me
I have studied anatomy extensively, and received my degree in soft tissue manipulation. I passed the National Massage Licensing exam MBLEx by FSMTB. I then trained in the art of Gua Sha — the technique of instrument-assisted positive soft tissue remodeling, that has recently been validated by scientific studies. This path led to the creation of PRECISION MASSAGE.
I target your soft tissues that have been injured from repetitive stress or acute trauma. After just one treatment you will know if Precision Massage can help you with long standing issues like neck pain, lower back pain, shoulder and elbow pain, knee and wrist pain, hip and ankle pain.

Understanding Scar Tissue
When you damage your muscles, tendons, and ligaments (your soft tissues), your body uses scar tissue to repair the wounds. Most people think of these internal repairs as a “like for like” exchange with your regular injured soft tissue. This is false.
The reality is scar tissue acts like cellular level GLUE. It lacks the elasticity and strength of normal soft tissue. Over time and with repeated soft tissue damage, scar tissue tightens your fascia, compresses your nerves, shortens your muscle length, restricts normal blood flow, increases localized pain sensitivity, and reduces your joint mobility.
Scar tissue works silently to limit your mobility
- Your scar tissue creates an inflexible, weaker, cement-like “gap space” in your soft tissues.
- Your scar tissue disrupts normal muscle function because it lacks the ability to expand and contract.
- Your scar tissue can be up to 1000 times more pain sensitive than normal tissue. This is why your injured areas experience so much pain.
- Your scar tissue is weaker than normal tissue, and tears more easily. This constant “micro-tearing” causes MORE scar tissue. Over time your injured areas will become increasingly weaker, less flexible and more painful. Many people simply call this “aging”, but your soft tissues can regain elasticity and strength with proper treatment.
- Your scar tissue shortens muscles, tendons and ligaments, limiting your joint ROM (range of motion).
- Your scar tissue appears on scans like tangled, matted hair. Healthy fascia and muscles appear on scans like straight, combed hair. Just like hair, the shape and smoothness of your muscles can affect how you look.
Remodeling your scar tissue through targeted Precision Massage can over time lead to less pain, more range of motion, better mobility and let you take back control of your health!
FAQ

Why Does My Hip Hurt?
Your thigh and pelvis connect at the hip joint, and even the slightest imbalance in the muscles and tendons located here can cause major problems. Hips (like shoulders) function through a highly movable ball and socket joint encased in soft tissue (ligaments and capsule). When the “ball” or the “socket” are not aligned precisely, the joint can wear unevenly, leading to restricted ROM and pain. Precision Massage identifies your unique hip muscle imbalances, and targets the precise soft tissues that need treatment in order to regain your proper hip mobility and address your pain.

Why Does My Knee Hurt?

The knee is where the thigh and lower leg meet. The soft tissue around the knee, when damaged, can cause improper joint alignment.
A misaligned hip joint, and/or ankle joint can also contribute to long-term damage at your knee joint.
Targeting soft tissue damage around the knee, hip and ankle can very effectively positively remodel the soft tissue around your knee and get you back to enjoying the activities you love.
Precision Massage is almost always necessary to return your knee to pain free mobility post-surgical repair or post-full knee replacement surgery.
Ankle Wear and Tear

Your foot and ankle carry a heavy load — namely, all of your body weight when you are standing, walking or running.
Tightness, pain and loss of range of motion can occur when scar tissue accumulates around the top, bottom or sides of your ankles..
Ankle pain often becomes chronic because the joint can’t get any rest and relief, and is repetitively re-injuried during daily activities.
With Precision Massage you can break the cycle of pain by targeting all of the soft tissue damage contributing to your ankle pain (lower calf muscles, ankle ligaments and tendons, foot fascia and sometimes knee muscles and ligaments).
Jaw Issues

The jawbone can become misaligned due to accumulated scar tissue in and around the TMJ. There are many ways the jaw can be damaged, such as:
Teeth grinding, trauma, dental procedures, postural issues, and chronic pain in your neck joints may all contribute to a misaligned jawbone.
Removing the scar tissue in the affected muscles and tendons can positively remodel the soft tissue around your jaw and help you manage your jaw pain.
